Peter was the Member for Flinders in the SA House of Assembly from 1973 to 1993 and remains strongly involved in regional development issues. Peter has been a member of the Port Lincoln Lion’s Club for 31 years and is patron for numerous agricultural show societies on Eyre Peninsula. His special focus is on regional issues, in particular regional populations, and the health, wellbeing and opportunities for rural South Australians. He is currently Chair of the Country Health Taskforce.
