Audit Committee

The South Australian Government has committed to publishing a report on progress against SASP targets every two years. An independent advisory body, the SASP Audit Committee, established in 2004, is responsible for producing these Progress Reports. It is the role of the Audit Committee to rate the actual progress reported, based on the best information available, and to provide an assessment of target achievability.

The Audit Committee is comprised of a Chair, appointed by the Premier, one member from each of four key advisory boards and the Regional Director of the Australian Bureau of Statistics in an ex-officio capacity. Current members of the Audit Committee are:

Mr Bill Cossey (Chair)

Dr Leanna Read

Mr Don Bursill

Dr Anuradha Mundkur
Member, Premier's Council for Women
