The Executive Committee of Cabinet

ExComm is a policy and strategy committee that ensures that the focus on the Plan is central to the work of Government.

 

Each target within the Plan has a lead Government agency. ExComm monitors the performance contracts of Government agencies’ chief executives with respect to achievements against targets.

 

ExComm also guides and directs agencies in their pursuit of targets; however, deliberations involving commitments of new resources take place through normal Cabinet processes.
