11. Housing for people with disabilities:Increase the number of people with a disability in stable, supported community accommodation to 7 000 by 2020

Target History
This target has been made more ambitious. The previous target only measured access to group homes, this target is broader and includes six categories of community based accommodation options ranging from group homes to in-home care and support. Achieving the target would still be doubling.
