Every chance for every child

Help us make South Australia the best place to be a child.

One of the government’s priorities is to create a place where all children are safe, healthy and happy, and where they get the best chance to learn and become confident and successful adults.

One initiative happening under this priority is a series of free parenting seminars and family entertainment being held at the Lollipop Markets on Sunday 19 May 2013 at the Morphettville racecourse.

The seminars will showcase the best ways of supporting and strengthening South Australian families and children to achieve their best.

There are three free seminars: Sleep and your Toddler, Feeding Toddlers and Living with Babies, with activities commencing at 10.45 am.

There will be free family entertainment from Rhyme Time and the Little Big Book Club as well as a free crèche and car parking.

For more information or to book attendance at one of the seminars go to www.everychild.eventbrite.com.au

In the meantime, why not respond to some of the questions below, letting us know your ideas and opinions about parenting.

You can read more about the Every Chance for Every Child Strategic Priority here.

Staff from the Department for Education and Child Development are on hand to answer your questions and listen to your ideas.
